This is one of my favourite resources for themes, ideas, layouts and much more, choosing the right theme for your website is crucial. ThemeForest offers a great choice of specially designed theme categories, if you don't find your theme anywhere else you will certainly find it here.
WOO Themes
Another great choice and one that I can recommend, they offer some great features, plus you can test drive any theme. They also have some ideal solutions for Responsive Design Wordpress Themes. Plus a great support network.
Elegant Themes
Here you will also find some great looking themes, it costs as little as $39 to join and you get access to some very good themes.
